It’s not a secret that College applications are stressful. Testing is stressful. Life is stressful. Take a moment for yourself and de-stress. To help you do so, here’s a few tips:
- Try taking ten slow deep breathes
- Go for a short walk to calm your mind.
- Take a break from screens.
- Draw something!
- Listen to some calming music.
- Watch a lighthearted show.
- Take a bath or shower.
- Drink some caffeine-free tea.
- Eat a small snack.
- Do a few easy stretches.
