It’s not a secret that College applications are stressful. Testing is stressful. Life is stressful. Take a moment for yourself and de-stress. To help you do so, here’s a few tips:

  1. Try taking ten slow deep breathes
  2. Go for a short walk to calm your mind.
  3. Take a break from screens.
  4. Draw something!
  5. Listen to some calming music.
  6. Watch a lighthearted show.
  7. Take a bath or shower.
  8. Drink some caffeine-free tea.
  9. Eat a small snack.
  10. Do a few easy stretches.
